[edit]Welcome!
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!
Someone using this IP address, Mrcarillo, has made edits to Miss Earth 2023 that were made in good faith, but have been deemed not to contribute positively to the article. These edits have thus been reverted. Wikipedia's page on unacceptable additions may explain why. If you'd like to experiment with the syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles.
If you are confused by this message as it does not appear to relate to you, you may wish to consider getting a username to avoid confusion with other editors.
You don't have to log in to read or edit pages on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free, requires no personal information, and has many benefits. Without a username, your IP address is used to identify you.

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Miss Grand International 2021, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. No Flags in the infobox per MOS:INFOBOXFLAG. Sciencefish (talk) 08:32, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Sciencefish. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Catriona Gray, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please stop adding unsourced material to Biographies of living people (BLPs), high quality sources are required. Miss Universe
[edit]Hi, you changed a date in Miss Universe 2013, citing This is an American based pageant, it should be the month first then the day. Please note that Miss Universe is owned by an American division of Mexican company, and its headquarters are in Thailand, Mexico and the United States. While the US uses MDY, Mexico and Thailand use DMY. In cases where the date format isn't clear as the event owners are multinational(s), the event location is used. The actual article uses {{Use dmy dates}}, as the event was held in Russia (which uses DMY). I will run a script on the article which will correct all the dates to DMY as its not been done since 2015. Sciencefish (talk) 16:46, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
Miss Universe 2024
[edit]Hello
Please do not change contestants etc and numbers! Two contestants are on their way to MU. We have also stated on other edits that we will not put the final number of contestants until confirmed by MUO.
You also need to learn how to cite sources etc, as you’ve been told before.
Kind regards

Copy-paste article creation
[edit]Hello, did you recently The Miss Globe from this article in another main space? It appears so, in which case a history merge must be requested to retain the attribution. The content of your newly created page is very similar, with all the text copied word for word from the main article that I revised. 🌼𝓡𝓬 𝓡𝓪𝓶𝔃🍁 (talk) 03:13, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
- I see no reason to have separate articles, as only one contest has a current website. I am therefore renaming & moving the old page over the new page that you created. – Fayenatic London 11:50, 5 November 2024 (UTC)
