Speedy deletion nomination of Becky Entertainment
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Becky Entertainment, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For an unblock to be considered, you must:
- Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
- State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
- Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.

Request reason:
You blocked my user indefinitely under the premisse of editing in exchange for compensation, including money or other incentives. But that isn't truth I'm just a general fan of the artist that update its current career information for free as a member of wikipedia community, focus only on keep the page update and more complete as possible for all users that may access. And all information added are of public knowledge and well referenced. So please I kindly request you to lift the block, also if you are the main responsible of the the downgrade of the page, which return to a less, older updated version, including its imagery, please revert. Also if any mistake of code, reference or wording was made under my contributions was full unintentional and just a silly honest mistake. So please analyse this correctly and be fair towards this decision. I appreciate.
P.S. If the page creation has a problem the page I was trying to create has also not intention of promotion or reward of any kind, the idea was just to added information about a company who manage a public career and its behind the scenes work. But I understand any confusion and even disagreeing can partially accepted the deletion of the page. But again being blocked over accusations of compensation its false in all pretenses, since there is not intention other than the growth of the community and updated of information for the public. Decline reason:
I find it very difficult to believe you are just some random fan editing about their favorite celebrity. Literally every article you have edited has to do with Becky Armstrong; the one you attempted to create was about her production company. The logo you uploaded was claimed to have been released under the proper license, but no evidence of this was given, and the website of the company says "all rights reserved"- meaning that the logo can't be uploaded to Commons. I must conclude that either you 1) work for her production company and have the authority to release the logo for use on Wikipedia or 2) you are so much of a fan that you improperly took and uploaded the logo, potentially putting Wikipedia in legal jeopardy. Passionate fans are often confused for paid editors, because they are so passionate that it is difficult for them to edit neutrally. If you don't work for Armstrong, you should because you were promoting her as well as any employee would. I see no pathway forward without a formal topic ban from Becky Armstrong or anything to do with her(like her work or companies). Maybe someone else will disagree, but that's how I see it. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 19:08, 27 June 2026 (UTC)
