| I see you adding sortkeys to all the family categories so everyone is nicely alphabetized and filed properly. Good work and thank you for doing that. jengod (talk) 00:04, 29 September 2025 (UTC) |

ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:23, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
February 2026
[edit]
Please do not change the name of files in articles as you did to Autry Museum of the American West. It breaks the link to the file. I have corrected the mistake. In the future, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, you are welcome to ask on my talk page, or to post at the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 17:38, 26 February 2026 (UTC)
- Oh my. I am definitely aware of that and have reverted several file name changes myself. Sorry about the oversight. Ken Gallager (talk) 19:13, 26 February 2026 (UTC)

Harrisville
[edit]Thank you for your edits to Harrisville, NH. Could you add Harrisville and the mills there to your list of places in NH needing photos sent to WikiCommons? Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by DebHR (talk • contribs) 22:08, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for your comment. The list that I keep is for places whose articles either need a photo or need a better photo. Harrisville now has an ample collection of good photos! My experience with adding photos to articles is that an editor comes along pretty quickly and adds them to Commons. Happy editing, Ken Gallager (talk) 09:42, 27 March 2026 (UTC)

"mass edit removed all links to the state"
[edit]Hi, I just wanted to clarify and ask whether your edit summaries "mass edit removed all links to the state" were referring to my AWB MOS:GEOLINK revisions? If so, I can assure you that my AWB edits were not the diffs that removed the links to the states that your diffs re-added. Transgenderoriole (talk) 03:42, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- No, it meant they removed all existing links to the state. The other spots were not linked at the times you removed the remaining ones. Ken Gallager (talk) 10:02, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for the clarification. Transgenderoriole (talk) 19:43, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
NH Editors
[edit]Hey Mr. Gallagher, thank you for the appreciation on Wetherbee's page. Looks like you're always there to help me out when I'm making NH-edits. Much love from a Goffstown boy! BakedintheHole (talk) 12:24, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for doing the heavy lifting! I was chagrined when his previous article was deleted. Ken Gallager (talk) 12:29, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
- I'm also gonna start combing through your list of NH articles missing photos and adding what I can find on Commons. I'll leave a little signature next to each one I help with so as not to delete items off your page. BakedintheHole (talk) 14:20, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
