Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.

Pointless resubmission without any attempt at improvement; previous decline still stands.
Your 'references' are not references, they are just a list of external links. You need to cite them against the information they provide, so that it is clearly which source has provided what information, and how much of this remains unreferenced. As it stands, this could be just you telling the world about your organisation, which is inherently promotional (see WP:YESPROMO).
