Welcome-ish!

Hey Charcoledyt!

A kind of welcome-ish to Wikipedia considering you were under a different user name there for a short while. Came across your efforts at Parks and recreation in Olympia, Washington and wanted to offer my appreciation for your efforts.

As the additional "List of sports fields in Olympia" section and included tables re-duplicates the LBA, Stevens, Woodruff, and Yauger entries, I'm going to remove it as it also falls under consensus at WP:STANDALONE (a WikiProject on list articles) and WP:NOTGUIDE, which basically encourages us editors from going into exacting detail that lists every specific thing about a place. The information you added would certainly be more welcome to an existing park/complex article where specificity is better sutied.

I applaud your efforts and please do not take it personally; I would like to suggest that you try to create a separate, more encompassing list article of all Thurston County sports fields, even expanding it to include school athletic areas. It might pass muster if the sourcing is there but I admit there does not seem to be any "List of sports fields in (place)" or "List of athletic fields in (place)" that I can find.

A revert is never a fun thing to do but you've not done anything wrong or egregious. It was a solid attempt and well-meaning.

I hope to see you around, helping to expand sports articles in Thurston County and other areas (as seems to be your interest!). If I can be of any help...avoid me for coding advice!...please reach out or ask away at the awesome Wikipedia:WikiProject Washington.
