Proposed deletion of Toby Young (composer)

The article Toby Young (composer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A 22 year old composer. Awards were given out to certain age groups, with him being in the 15-18 year old groups. No references go into any detail about him except for http://gregorywiest.com/composers/young.php, which is not reliable. Unable to find any reliable, independent refs that go into any detail. Case of WP:TOOSOON
