Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Myanmar National Airlines, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Khamti. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. For the Election committee, MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 17:00, 24 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Danners430. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Suvarnabhumi Airport, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Danners430 tweaks made 13:58, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Aeroroutes

[edit]

Hi, just a quick note that Aeroroutes isn't a reliable source per the discussion at WP:AEROROUTES. Danners430 tweaks made 13:09, 19 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Cacrazy234 Why are you continuing to use this source despite the above message? Danners430 tweaks made 22:43, 11 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I see many other airports' pages using the AeroRoutes source as well. My addition of West Air's service is also verified and is in service now. Now you've removed all AeroRoutes citation from Yangon International Airport page and the information currently is not factual at all. Unless you can update the information yourself, recommend to rather stop the blaming now. Cacrazy234 (talk) 20:58, 14 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
There's no blaming here at all. Aeroroutes was only recently, within the last few months, discussed at WP:RSN, so it being unreliable is still new. That's why editors, not just myself, are still working to remove it where it was originally used, and why we're leaving courtesy notes like this on editors' talk pages to let them know what happened. Danners430 tweaks made 21:07, 14 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, since you keep reverting my edits, here is link to the official airline schedule from the official Yangon International Airport page - https://yangonairport.aero/index.php/en/flight-information/international-flight-schedule. You can update the information on the Wikipedia page as the information right now is UNRELIABLE as it is missing out on so many information of destinations and airlines served. Unless you also consider this link unreliable as well which is up to your own discretion. Cacrazy234 (talk) 23:23, 14 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
My friend, I don't unilaterally decide anything - if you follow the link to WP:AEROROUTES, you'll see that the source was discussed at WP:RSN and agreed upon as unreliable. Indeed, it was discussed a second time shortly thereafter and the same conclusion was reached. Wikipedia has policies as to what sources are allowed to be used - I don't write them, Aeroroutes just happens to fall foul of one of them (WP:SPS specifically). Danners430 tweaks made 23:53, 14 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Okay noted, then do help revise the current data of airlines and destinations on the Yangon Airport page. It is not reflecting the factual information. Hope you can revise asap as it doesn't help readers. Cacrazy234 (talk) 06:57, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
My primary focus is on recent changes patrolling. When it comes to sourcing though, there's one very simple rule - if there's no reliable source, then even if we know it to be true it doesn't belong on Wikipedia. See WP:TRUTH. Danners430 tweaks made 10:53, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Why are you yet again, after numerous messages, reverting the whole page back and restoring unsourced content and unreliable sources? I’ve already explained to you that Aeroroutes is unreliable, and that content on Wikipedia must be sourced. Why are you continuing with restoring content against policy? Danners430 tweaks made 23:12, 19 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
