ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:51, 18 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Danners430. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Eurostar, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Danners430 tweaks made 16:39, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

@Bridgr7 Please also do not put archive URLs into the URL parameter - the archive-url parameter exists for archive URLs. Danners430 tweaks made 17:07, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
thanks for both notes! On the second, I should have noticed as I drew this information collected originally for the French wikipedia page. Bridgr7 (talk) 17:38, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
No worries - we all learn something new every day :) I've tagged the other sections as unsourced - don't know when they were added, but they also need sourcing Danners430 tweaks made 17:42, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Oh I forgot - please try and use the {{convert}} template instead of manually writing multiple measurements :) Danners430 tweaks made 17:54, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Bridgr7! I noticed that you recently made an edit at Eurostar and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. On Wikipedia, "minor edit" refers only to superficial edits that could never be disputed, such as fixing typos or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not minor, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Danners430 tweaks made 12:01, 29 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
