Have started by exploring some of the pages that need editing / sourcing and will reference the Task Center to look for good opportunities to get comfortable with Wikipedia! - @StefenTower hi again! since you were so welcoming I wanted to ask a question. I'm interested in 'dipping my toe in water' of article creation as I continue to get comfortable with editing. I was looking through the Special:Log/delete and there were some pages that interested me that went through deletion review and were determined deleted. In reviewing the deletion convo, it seemed the consensus in ones I saw was WP:RS and WP:PROMO and if done better and submitted through the formal WP:AFCREVIEW review, could stick. I was thinking this could be a good place to start page creation -- helping potential topics. I recognize that these have already gone through deletion review, so if I wanted to go through recreating these, is the best way as outlined here WP:RECREATE? And would I start that by recreating an article in a Sandbox in my user space and then submitting through the typical creation process? Thanks for your advice! - That is one path to take, and it appears you have found useful wiki sources for helping with that. However, I don't think deleted articles is a particularly rich source of topics to turn into articles, or at least it's more difficult to locate subjects in there that are now ready (satisfying WP:N) for recreation. If you want to find subjects that are much better bets for article creation, far richer veins to mine include WP:Requested articles (listed by subject area) and Wikipedia:Requested articles/By country. Alternatively, you can browse through WikiProjects, finding some you may want to join. WikiProjects, group efforts centered on a wide variety of subjects, often have their own lists of requested articles. Hope this helps. Stefen đower's got the power!!1!
