I grew up in the University Oaks neighborhood adjacent to the University of Houston in Houston, Texas, USA. Hence my Wikipedia name. Now I live in Midtown. I am a 1991 graduate of the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts here in Houston.

I currently work as a transportation planner.
