Esquina Común is a restaurant in Colonia Condesa, Mexico City. It is co-owned by chef Ana Dolores González and her partner, Carlos Pérez-Puelles. It was first founded in their leased department in the Roma neighborhood in 2021. After being reviewed by The New York Times, the restaurant became popular. They relocated between 2022 and 2023 to the Condesa neighborhood after their landlord attempted to raise their rent upon discovering they ran a business. Described by reviewers as a clandestine terrace, Esquina Común serves Mexican and Spanish cuisine. Balbuena metro station ([balˈβwena] ⓘ) is a station of the Mexico City Metro in the city's borough of Venustiano Carranza. It is an underground stop that serves Line 1 (Pink Line) between Moctezuma and Boulevard Puerto Aéreo. The station is named after and services the Jardín Balbuena neighborhood, as well as Colonia Moctezuma 1ª sección. Its pictogram depicts the silhouette of four four-petaled flowers, symbolizing the nearby namesake park. The stop was inaugurated on 4 September 1969, and opened the following day.
