Risham Hosain Syed (born 20th March 1969) is a Pakistani visual artist. Born, living and working in Lahore, Syed teaches at the Beaconhouse National University. Trained as a painter, Syed often combines found objects, embroidery, woven fabric with her painted surface to provide a context or a 'frame' to the painting.
