I am a new contributor to editing on Wikipedia. I have been drawn to this process by my interest in fiction, music, sports, and film. My first contributions were additions under the heading "In popular culture". For instance, I provided information on the inclusion of real people who appear in the prologue of Don DeLillo's novel "Underworld". Bobby Thompson and Ralph Branca are the names of two of the Wikipedia pages that have these additions. This is likely to be the nature of most of my contributions going forward.
