• added section on the differences between the two versions
• overhauled and expanded the editions section
• expanded and corrected the dating section
• added section on the "lost French original" and the authorship of the English text
• added section on audience + influence on later texts
• pictures including a couple of nice ones from the 1528 printing

still to do:

• expand sources section
• overhaul summary and figure out how best to mark which parts are A-version only
• add modern academic coverage to reception section
