SHWDWN is a British live-events and ticketing company based in London. It runs an online platform that lets organisers sell tickets, stream events on a pay-per-view basis and handle payments, with a focus on grassroots and professional combat sports including boxing, mixed martial arts and kickboxing. Non-combat events such as club nights and concerts are run under a separate brand, SHWUP. The company is not connected to the similarly named United States talent-show application.
History
[edit]SHWDWN LTD was incorporated as a private limited company in London on 22 March 2026.[1]
The same year, the platform became the official ticketing partner of Fightzumi League, a UK multi-disciplinary combat sports promotion, handling ticketing for its fight nights.[2]
Platform
[edit]SHWDWN combines ticket sales, entry validation and live pay-per-view streaming in one system, alongside tools for promoters to manage events and pay fighters. Each fighter on a card can be given a personal referral link so that ticket sales are attributed to the fighter who drove them, with payouts settled through Stripe Connect. Fans buy tickets and watch streams through the SHWDWN website or its iOS and Android apps; the apps are not required to purchase a ticket.[3][2]
