Jacob C. Kamholz is an American paramedic and emergency medical services researcher. He is a research fellow at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and a PhD student in health services management and policy at Ohio State University.[1][2]

Kamholz's research interests include EMS workforce policy, clinician retention and system-level performance.[1] His published research has examined organizational culture and EMS clinician turnover, clinician willingness to recommend EMS as a profession, and advanced airway device use during out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.[3][4][5]
