Alam Emmanuel Nunez Pena, known artistically as Alam Cupido was born in the Dominican Republic on October 18, from an early age he felt a great passion for music, but it was not until he was 12 years old when he began to write songs and at 15 years to sing.

 When he was 18 years old, his artistic career began to take a different turn with the recording of his first album entitled La Amistad, a song that is about two people who are guided to love within this feeling.

 The name "Cupid" is related to love and heartbreak, since many people do not believe in love and many times this disbelief in this wonderful feeling leads them to play with other people.

 Alam Cupido's fundamental goal is to become one of the highest exponents of bachata, thus managing to become a worthy representative of this musical genre.
