A fact from Wired Style appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 28 June 2026 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Moved to mainspace by Theleekycauldron (talk).
Number of QPQs required: 2. DYK is currently in unreviewed backlog mode and nominator has 84 past nominations.
Overall: Earwig's tool is yellow because of some quotes in the "Reception" section but they are properly attributed and limited in scope. I was slightly suspicious of quickly became influential in the Silicon Valley scene for neutrality reasons, but it is explicitly backed up in the provided source from Slate. The polling statistic in "Background and publication" lost me a little; I think it would be better if it was specifically attributed (something like A poll conducted by [x] showed...), but that's minor enough a squabble that I don't think it should hold up a DYK review, especially since everything else looks well-written. I'll mark this as good to go. Best, Staraction (talk·contribs) 01:47, 8 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
