While the cited sources verify that legal proceedings existed, the current wording appears to place disproportionate emphasis on a single historical controversy within an article about a broader business group. Per Wikipedia policies on due weight (WP:UNDUE) and biographies of living persons (WP:BLP), contentious material should be presented with careful proportionality, neutral framing, and encyclopedic balance. The current paragraph: focuses extensively on allegations, includes highly sensitive language, names multiple living individuals, and occupies a level of prominence that may exceed its long-term encyclopedic relevance within the overall context of The Isaias Group. I would suggest either: significantly reducing the section, rewriting it in a more neutral and concise manner, or evaluating whether this level of detail belongs in a separate article specifically about the legal case rather than the main corporate article.
