New enough, long enough, PAG-compliance spotcheck came up clean. The hook interesting and cited in the article. (BBC article confirms the fact is due, Unitelive source confirms it's an annual event). QPQ not needed, and the image looks good at mainpage size. And, in terms of copyright, we consider to be fine because the UK protects images of public artwork. Nice work!
