There's currently no proposal for deletion. It was proposed for deletion a year ago (see above), and there was no consensus from the discussion, so it wasn't deleted. But evidently the article's creator requested deletion on 29 April, so it was deleted. Now it's been created again, the subject's notability per WP:ACADEMIC isn't clear yet. I don't see much significant coverage of Mr. Altaqi online from WP:SECONDARY, WP:Reliable sources, and the sources cited so far are all WP:PRIMARY. If you can find more substantial coverage of his career, offline or online, and in any language, that would help to establish notability. Thanks, Dai Pritchard (talk) 07:16, 4 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
