Saint Placidus → Placidus, disciple of Benedict of Nursia – Current title is ambiguous. The confusion of this Placidus and Placidus (martyr) goes back to the Middle Ages, but our current approach only perpetuates it. Srnec (talk) 01:29, 4 June 2026 (UTC) — Relisting. - Move to Placidus (Benedictine). Far more concise and still accurate. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:20, 11 June 2026 (UTC)
- @Necrothesp: Placidus de Titis was an Olivetan and thus also technically a Benedictine. Srnec (talk) 22:15, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
