the 07:33, 26 October 2023 addition by Tovilht is utterly inappropriate for wikipedia

this is the section marked "reimbursement management." it is not within the correct tone for wikipedia and it seems to be promoting those linked services. i am marking this on the talk page to explain why i'm flagging the whole article and specifically that section. my temptation is to delete the section or severely edit it so as to remove the inappropriate content. if anyone has other input, please let me know ASAP.

moreover, that same "user" seems to have added links to the same services on the expense page, which makes me think this is some corporate shill taking advantage of wikipedia's good name. i have written essentially the same message on both talk pages because the "user" caused identical trouble across both.
