Proposed merger with J-Six Ranchettes, Arizona
[edit]I propose a merger of these two articles because they are the same community. Firsfron of Ronchester 03:30, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
- Both are listed as CDPs, but the map and GIS location for Pimaco Two [1] no longer exists while the map and GIS location for J-Six Ranchettes [2] encompasses the area over the Google Map west of Mescal.
- Might not be exactly the same but looks like the Pimaco Two CDP will be phased out soon or should be. I could support the merger especially if we learn that the CDP will be deleted. AtlasHarbor (talk) 14:46, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for the response! Looks like the link you provided from the Census Bureau shows they stopped updating the area they designated Pimaco Two in 2019 and started updating J-Six Ranchettes in 2020. From experience, this area is called J-Six and was never known as Pimaco Two, except by the Census. As far as I'm aware, Pimaco Two just means Pima County Two.
