'Lari is the root of coin denominations used in Georgia and the Maldives.'

The article on Lari in Georgia states that the word Lari is a Georgian word for property. If that's the case, isn't it just a coincidence that these two currencies have the same name? And if that's true, why is this mentioned in this article? Wikifan153 (talk) 09:32, 13 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
