Request: Addition of two recent exhibitions to Exhibitions section

[edit]

I am posting this request on the Talk page rather than editing directly, as I have a disclosed conflict of interest as President of the Joseph Glasco Charitable Foundation.

I am requesting the addition of two well-documented recent exhibitions to the Exhibitions section, both verifiable through institutional sources:

1. Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center, 2019

Proposed text: In 2019, the Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center in Springs, East Hampton, New York presented Joseph Glasco: East End Echoes, a solo exhibition curated by Marti Mayo examining the influence of Glasco's friendships with Jackson Pollock, Alfonso Ossorio, and Lee Krasner on his late abstract work.

Sources:

2. Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, 2025

Proposed text: In 2025, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston presented Celebrating Joseph Glasco, a centenary installation marking the centennial of the artist's birth, featuring four signature paintings from the 1970s through 1995.

Source:

Both additions are factual, sourced from the institutions themselves, and reflect significant recent scholarly recognition of Glasco's work. I welcome any neutral editor to review and implement these changes.
