[edit]Question: Do these press-release-like, paid, self-promoting, if not self-published "sources" (like crainscleveland, etc.), which are obviously part of a company's own PR strategy qualify as reliable sources?
As is, the whole article sounds like an extension of the company's own PR campaign and the main editor seems to have obvious conflict of interest issues. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.217.14.70 (talk) 18:54, 9 December 2010 (UTC)
Have the above concerns been addressed sufficiently in the last few years since that question was posed? It looks like much of the advertising language has been removed. Some of the reliable sources issues are still present but now are supporting basic facts and may be less of an issue for the neutrality.
- Unclear specifically where your contention lies. This is a pretty standard article about a relatively un-newsworthy software company. There's no reason for the NYT to pick up an article about a Cleveland business showing steady growth, so we would expect most of the unsensational claims here to be drawn from unsensational sources, like local business journals and press releases. I see nothing to indicate Crians is self-published, so that accusation seems at least as dubious as anything in the article. Replacing use of the word "solution", but otherwise going to de-tag the article until something more specific can be demonstrated. 71.223.77.249 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 20:00, 16 July 2020 (UTC)

Done I went ahead and separated out U.S. and non-U.S. offices and dropped the countries from the latter, which I think makes it look a lot cleaner. DiscoursesonLivvy (talk · contribs) 04:31, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
The section rattling off office locations shouldn't even be present, per WP:NOTADIRECTORY #6. I have removed the office location directory. Graywalls (talk) 19:41, 19 June 2026 (UTC)

- JAustenFan, for some reason I can't download the new logo. Can you provide a direct URL to the file? Thank you, MediaKyle (talk) 16:49, 4 May 2026 (UTC)
- @MediaKyleLet me know if this works! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Updated_logo_for_Hyland_Software.png JAustenFan (talk) 15:25, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
- Good enough, I swapped the logo for you. I probably would've cropped it so it doesn't look so small in the infobox but you can always upload a new version at the same title later. The old logo will be automatically marked for deletion as an orphaned non-free file. Cheers, MediaKyle (talk) 15:35, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
