Created stubby entry, with potential bias

I started this page because I was nominated for one of these fellowships and went to Wikipedia to find out more. I've accepted the nomination and therefore have listed myself in the article. Thanks for the quick review and the improvements. In response to the call for better references, I've replaced the source of the project's definition with a non-State publication. Does the list of Fellows actually need a non-State source, since the State is the actual authority on that particular topic? dweinberger (talk) 23:33, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
