Dear colleagues!

I propose discussing the following: how ethical is it to illustrate the subject of an article with an image that evokes anxiety, unpleasant feelings, and, in extreme cases, extremely negative experiences and panic in those most likely to seek out this information? I'm prepared to assume that this article is being opened by people suffering from this phobia. What's the first thing they see?
