Requested grammar fix: hyphen

[edit]

"largest U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange": add hyphen as shown. Otherwise we are just saying it's "based" (and in the US). ~2025-31120-91 (talk) 10:54, 4 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Remove reference to number of users

[edit]

Coinbase doesn't publicly state the number of users. The cited source doesn't state the number of users either.

The second sentence of the article should state: "Coinbase is the largest U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange as well as the world's biggest bitcoin custodian, as of 2024." ~2026-10896-76 (talk) 16:02, 18 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: The source says "Founded in 2012, Coinbase recently served more than 108 million customers." That seems sufficient to me to support the claim "Coinbase has over 100 million users." Can you clarify your concern? meamemg (talk) 18:57, 18 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there old friend, as of sales increasing and new states being excepted into our loan/investment firms and so much more I request this forum to substitute the owners name with a proper name instead of a bot's name. The names chosen by my AI always seems to pic names I have heard before or are similar to the ones that I know. Incase it ever needs to be looked back on as reference. Thanks again hope to hear back soon. (Christopher N Lee II) aka (iJR) aka (0Din) <ref>Cite error: The opening <ref> tag is malformed or has a bad name (see the help page). Something I do need more of our hacker's and programer's that aren't so deep in there on problems they have to compensate by saying there someone they are not.<ref>Cite error: The opening <ref> tag is malformed or has a bad name (see the help page). <ref>Cite error: The opening <ref> tag is malformed or has a bad name (see the help page). ...fyi there hacker team is terrible Brian Armstrong, a bot. Not that guy there. 🤫 As for the others that have been around some of them may have a spot somewhere in all of this. Considering I still need to find my a team of 6 and I have my office keys. Just haven't been there yet.<ref>Cite error: The opening <ref> tag is malformed or has a bad name (see the help page).  Not done: it's not clear what changes you want made. Please detail the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. {{GearsDatapacks|talk|contribs|in solidarity}} 13:03, 8 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
