Paul Hector Manoj Pandian (born 8 August 1971), better known as P. H. Manoj Pandian, is a politician and former Member of the Legislative Assembly for Alangulam and Cheranmadevi constituencies for various times periods. His father, P. H. Pandian, was the speaker of Tamil Nadu assembly in 1980s.

He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Cheranmahadevi constituency in 2001 election[1] and from Alangulam in 2021. He was a Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) from 2010 to 2016

On 4 November 2025, Pandian joined the DMK and resigned as MLA from his Alangulam seat later that day.[2]
