Keulemans or Ceulemans (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈkøːləmɑns]) is a Dutch surname. It may be of topographic origin, indicating an origin from Cologne (Dutch Keulen) or from a Keule (a Limburgish dialectical form of kuil, "hollow" / "depression").
