History
[edit]PRIME BPM was founded in 2005 by seasoned BPM professionals Mark Khabe and Bernadette Kropman. The founders participate in[3] industry conferences and events focused on business transformation, process excellence, and operational improvement. Kropman also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Deakin University, where she guides professionals in using BPM methodologies. As of 2022, approximately 50% of PRIME BPM's workforce operated remotely from global locations to serve its international customer base.[4]
Client

In 2023, its client Peterborough County received the CAMA Professional Development Award for the project “Prime for Lean – Developing a Culture of Continuous Improvement.” According to the official award submission, the initiative contributed to operational savings of approximately $850,000, which were incorporated into Peterborough County's 2023 budget.[5]
Community Engagement

These include the Operational Excellence (OPEX) Reference Group and the Council & Municipality Transformation Reference Group, which provide forums for practitioners and industry leaders to share knowledge and practical experiences.[6][7] It also hosts free virtual BPM training. In 2019, it partnered with Process Excellence Network (PEX) to deliver business process improvement training programs.[8]
