Axis Electrical Components (India) Private Limited (doing business as Axis Electricals) is an Indian electrical equipment manufacturing company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[1] The company manufactures non-ferrous components, including earthing systems, lightning protection, aerial bunched cable accessories, and cable management products.[2]

History

Axis Electrical Components was incorporated on May 21, 1997, in Mumbai, India.[2] The company was founded by Kanderp Khandwala, who serves on the board of directors alongside Sahil Khandwala.[1] The company established its manufacturing infrastructure at the Government Industrial Estate in Kandivali West, Mumbai.[1] In early 2026, the company initiated a manufacturing facility expansion program to scale up its production volumes.[3]

Operations and Products

The company operates in the electricity distribution and control apparatus industry. Its product portfolio includes lightning protection systems, exothermic welding equipment, cable lugs, and aerial bunched (AB) cable accessories. Axis distributes its products within the domestic Indian market and exports hardware components to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.[1]
