Be Gentle with Yourself, also known as Love Yourself Tender (Russian: К себе нежно) is a 2026 Russian romantic comedy-drama film directed by Ivan Kitaev, it's an adaptation of Olga Primachenko's bestseller of the same name about the importance of bringing order to one's inner world.[1][2] It stars Karina Razumovskaya.
This film was theatrically released on March 5, 2026.[3]
Plot
[edit]The film tells the story of a successful surgeon named Nadya, who begins to realize she knows nothing about herself. She lives in her mother-in-law's apartment and is raising her daughter alone. Nadya needs a change to realize there is love all around her. And suddenly, lessons of tenderness appear in her life, helping her rediscover herself.[4]
