Aiko Satō (佐藤 愛子, Satō Aiko; born 18 October 1983) is a female Japanese judoka from Tsukuba University. She won the gold medal in the lightweight division (57 kg) at the 2011 World Judo Championships. She is a highly skilled technician of using newaza.

She competed for Japan at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the women's 57 kg event.[1]
