Notes

[edit]
  1. ^ Book is subtitled "The Hidden History of the British Monarchy and Slavery in the Americas" in the United States.
  2. ^ a b c d e Death announced on this date
  3. ^ Discrepancies occurred surrounding not only Satrapi's date of death, but when the death had been announced. Satrapi's family made the announcement through Agence France-Presse on 4 June,[254] but sources such as La Croix and Variety, when referencing the statement, erroneously gave the announcement date as 3 June.[255][256] Subsequent reporting cited the 4th as the date of death,[257][258][259][260] with the Académie des Beaux-Arts, where Satrapi was a member, publishing an announcement that Satrapi died on the 4th.[261]
