Question

Hello, I only figured out how to download mods yesterday, so I am very new. I was just wondering if it is a thing to commission modpacks? For context I was specifically looking for a modpack to recreate season 8 of Popularmmos Epic Proportions. I use Curseforge, and I found a couple other seasons but not 8. I downloaded the season 10 modpack, but I would want to use mods like Pokeball, and they don't seem to fit together. Plus, season 8 was just the best imo. If this is a thing, how much would it cost?
