Nothing that will get us banned

The original rule from all those years ago...

Follow Reddit's sitewide rules

No memes about real tragedies, shootings, assaults, terrorism, war, deaths. Anything involving minors in a sketchy way is an instant ban, and not just from us.

No bigotry, slurs, or harassment

Everyone's welcome here regardless of who they are or what they're into. Personal attacks, slur chains, and "ironic" death threats all count and all get removed. Don't dig through someone's history to use it against them.

Keep personal info out of here

Censor names, handles, and usernames in screenshots real or fake, yours or anyone else's. The only username that should appear uncensored is your own watermark on your own OC.

Effort matters

Screenshots aren't always memes. AI microslop isn't a meme. Sign templates with text slapped on aren't memes. Bad crops, illegible text, and reaction-image posts get removed. Put in real effort or consider posting somewhere else.

Format your meme correctly

The joke goes in the image, not the title. Blank templates, raw photos, and title-as-caption posts will probably be removed.

Tag NSFW and spoilers

If you're wondering whether it counts as NSFW or a spoiler, it probably does.

No spam, self-promo, or outside links

This isn't a place to plug your Discord, YouTube, subreddit, or socials.

No agenda posting or political activism

Absurd memes about politicians are fine. Activism, petitions, rage-bait, and posts like that aren't. If your comments section becomes a flame war, the post likely goes with it.

Don't be a dick

There's a good chance you probably have one but that doesn't mean you need to be one. No trolling, no downvote raids, no heckling OP, no announcing that you hate a post. If you don't like the sub, you can just leave.
