Palaver

This is my favorite fantasy series ever and I would love to see an adaptation that does it justice. After the failure of the 2017 movie, I thought no one would want to give it another try. So, when Mike Flanagan announced that he had gained the rights for the dark tower, I was so thrilled! I’m a fan of his work and his Dr Sleep adaptation shows that he understands King’s essence, imo.
But with him announcing so many other projects, things seem to be moving so slowly that I’m scared this will end up being scrapped before it comes out. Do you have hopes for the tv series? When do you think we should realistically expect updates?
