What boss (or area) do you all think has the best theme?

I feel like I see people constantly talk about and discuss the original game's soundtrack, but not nearly too the same degree with its sequel. I love several tracks from this game to death but others dont seem as memorable to me for some reason. Is there any explanation for that?
