Help!

Hi everyone! Greetings from Argentina. Im a med student who is interested in US, I made a diplomacy in it, and recently i bought and old Accuvix XQ (2007) to practice with friends, family and myself.

I am writing in here because i dont know what is the use of two of the probes and the AI could Not Help me either. It came with the classical convex and linear transducer and two more that I cant decipher their proper use.

1° picture: I believe is some sort of old linear probe which is used for breast, its definition is quite cool
2° picture: I genuinely have no idea what is it for, its definition is way worse than the normal convex probe, i think its kinda broken bcs it makes some twinkling but id like to know what is it for.

I believe that a more experienced sonographer should have worked with these back in the day.
