Week 6 Day 2 lean
Week 6 Day 2 lean

This is it. If I do one more workout, this will officially be the furthest I've ever made it in the program. Every other time, I've either not been able to keep up with the everyday schedule or I've pushed too hard to and hurt myself.

I've been careful this time around to push but not so hard that I hurt myself again. Old shoulder pains have tried to come back some, but I've been doing some good youtube stretch routines consistently to help keep those at bay. With this, I've been able to keep up with the everyday schedule. I really want to see it all the way through this time.

Most humbling move?
Most humbling move?

What is/are the most humbling move(s) in P90x multiverse for you?

You know, the one that always knocks you on your ass no matter how many times you’ve tried. The one that makes you question most life decisions you’ve made up to that point. The one where you may sneak a pause button break to collect your thoughts before starting.

Maybe it’s just a damn hard move (i.e. one hand pushups on Chest/Shoulder/Tri’s day), maybe its placement in the workout is what kills you (i.e. max rep pull-ups near the end of Back/Bi’s day), or maybe it’s just that you wish they’d chosen literally anything other than that move because you have an undefined, yet palpable, spiritual distaste for it (i.e. Dreya Rolls on Core Synergistics day… or the Inner Balance move on Isometrix day in p90x3). Or fuck it, maybe it’s Ab Ripper X….the whole damn thing!

Mine is corn cobb pull ups. Followed up closely by anytime Abrinome comes up in an an or yoga routine. CC pull ups are just so fucking nasty and I feel like I always fail at them in form or quantity. I want to get better at them but can’t help bust ask myself both why/what for? And how exactly? Abrinome just does something to my lower back that I despise and am scared will haunt me for the rest of my life as a never ending soreness and sharp pain.
