Hey everyone,

A quick update regarding the draft guessing game I posted yesterday(that i deleted to fix a bug):

The project is still a very early MVP/prototype, and after getting more traffic than I expected from Reddit, I discovered a few issues with my backend and Riot API requests. 😅

I've fixed some of them, but if the site is temporarily unavailable, shows an error, or takes a while to load a draft, it's most likely because too many users are hitting the MVP at the same time.

I'm actively monitoring and improving it, so thanks for your patience and for all the people who took the time to try it out!

If you encounter any bugs, weird drafts, missing data, or have suggestions for improving the game, I'd love to hear your feedback.

You can try it here:

Thanks again for testing it and helping me improve the project!

Looking for Constructive Feedback
Looking for Constructive Feedback

Hey all!

I recently started playing League (about a month) and I’ve been really enjoying Top lane. I haven’t played many MOBAs but I dabbled with Smite on console admittedly where I did mostly jungle.

I primarily go WW top with Illaoi/Urgot as backup picks in case one is banned or picked by the other team.

I’ve found it increasingly difficult to play against ranged Top lanes and whole yes I understand it’s apart of the game I just find ADC Top corny af.

Anyways, looking to understand a few things:

  1. If not liking ranged Top laners is a me issue and I need to get better or if others share the sentiment (in some respects obviously get better, but looking for constructive advice here)?

  2. If my champ pool is viable to move to higher ranks (currently Iron 1) and if WW is a good Top pick generally speaking?

  3. Any general Top advice that’s helped you move up the ranks :)

TL;DR: I play Top and want advice on moving up ranks

Mains: WW, Illaoi, Urgot

Flat mana regen vs percentage base mana regen
Flat mana regen vs percentage base mana regen

Idk if this is the right sub for this, pls tell me if there’s another more indepth/“mathy” sub.

If I want to compare the two stats, i’d just take my current base mana regen and divide that stat by 100 and than that’s how much one percentage point is worth in terms of flat mana regen Right?

But the wiki tells me that one fmr (flat mana regen) is valued at 60 gold and pbmr (percentage base mana regen) is valued at only 4 gold.

This would mean that with just 7 base mana regen (which a lot of champions already have at level one) pbmr is the better deal (math below). Of course this difference just gets way bigger the longer the game goes on, if you have 21 base mana regen pbmr is more than thrice as good as flat mana regen.

Am I missing smth?

Math for flat mana regen one vs pbmr (assuming 7 base mana regen):

Fmr: 60 gold for 1 flat mana regen
Pbmr: 60 gold for 15 pbmr= 7*15/100=1,05 flat mana regen
