No weight changes in title

Please don’t specify weight change numbers in your title. (250-160lbs) or (I lost 20lbs). You are completely free to put these in your body text or comments.

Candid photos only

Posts with photos that look overly posed or staged will be removed. This includes ID photos. Photos should look more natural and candid. Points for creativity!

No promoting online content subscription services or paid-access content creation

We do not allow posts or comments to promote any online content subscription services or paid-access content creation, including (but not limited to) OnlyFans, Patreon, YouTube, Instagram, etc.

Authentic, Human-Only Content

All content must be genuine, original, and created by you. The following are not allowed and will be removed:

•Instagram or other social media filters/edits that change appearance, lighting, setting, mood, or environment

•Impersonation of celebrities, public figures, or community members

Disclosure of Enhancements & No Public Accusations

If your glow-up includes muscle enhancement, weight-loss medication (such as GLP-1s), or weight-related procedures, you must disclose it in your post.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Performance enhancers like steroids, SARMs, or HGH
GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro
Procedures like gastric bypass, sleeve surgery, or liposuction

Do not accuse others in the comments. If you believe a post involves undisclosed enhancements, use the report feature.

Post Frequency

Members can post only once every 30 days unless specifically asked by the moderators to repost. This rule ensures diverse content and fair exposure for all members. There’s a 24 hour grace period in case a post doesn’t meet the sub’s requirements or if you forget something. After that you must wait 30 days.

Age Restriction

Users under the age of 18 may comment on existing posts but are not permitted to create new submissions. Any posts made by users under 18 will be removed.

Character Minimum

All posts must include a body text of at least 125 characters that explains what’s changed for you - whether it’s confidence, lifestyle, style, self-esteem, or anything beyond the surface. Posts without body texts will be removed.
