Usage
{{subst:Uw-username}}{{subst:Uw-username|Reason}}references a specific reason{{subst:Uw-username|Reason|Additional text}}adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"{{subst:Uw-username||Additional text}}or{{subst:Uw-username|2=Additional text}}also adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you", but doesn't link a page as specified by the reason.- values for param 1 ('reason') can be found at WP:Username policy#Inappropriate usernames.
