Summary

Description
English: Flag of Kumyk people of Dagestan. Created by the Moscow-based Kumyk organization Ozden in 2014. The light blue color represents the sky, an important Turkic symbol, while the Tamga-like symbol represents the geographical context of the Kumyk land, with the two longer "teeth" representing the Sulak and Terek rivers, the two smaller "teeth" representing the Kuma and Ulluchay rivers and the horizontal band representing the Caspian Sea.
